⛏️ Sasquatch MC Minecraft Rules

These rules apply in-game and to Minecraft-related chat. Please use common sense and respect other players.

I. No Cheats

• No hacked clients, cheats, x-ray, or unfair advantages.
• No exploits that give you an unfair advantage over other players.
• Allowed mods must not provide an unfair advantage.

II. Dupes & Exploits

• TNT dupers are allowed for farms and legitimate builds.
• Item/economy dupes are NOT allowed.
• Sand, gravel, concrete powder, or other gravity-block dupes are NOT allowed.
• Do not use dupes to crash, lag, or damage the server.
• If you're unsure whether a dupe is allowed, ask staff before using it.

III. Chat

• Keep Minecraft chat respectful.
• No spam, flooding, excessive caps, or repeated messages.
• No slurs, harassment, or targeted insults.
• No inappropriate or NSFW content.
• Don't start unnecessary arguments or drama in chat.

IV. Exploiting the Server

• Do not intentionally cause lag or crashes.
• Do not abuse bugs that negatively affect the server or other players.
• Report serious bugs or exploits to staff instead of abusing them.

V. Common Sense

• If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask staff before doing it. Staff may take action against exploits or behavior that harms the server even if it isn't specifically listed here.
• Play fair. Don't ruin the experience for others. Have fun!

⚖️ Punishments

Punishments may increase depending on the severity and history of the offense.

• Hate Speech: 5 day ban --> 10 day ban --> 15 day ban --> 30 day ban --> Permanent ban.
• Cheating / Hacking: 7 day ban --> 14 day ban --> 30 day ban --> Permanent ban.
• Abusive Language: 3 warnings --> 1 hour mute --> 2 hour mute --> 4 hour mute --> 8 hour mute --> 12 hour mute --> Ban.

Staff discretion: Punishments may be skipped or increased depending on the severity of the offense. Severe offenses may result in an immediate ban.

Allowed Clients: Fabric, Forge, Modrinth, Prism, Lunar, Feather, Badlion

Mods that don’t provide a combat advantage are allowed, such as performance mods. You are allowed to use visual mods as long as they do not reveal hidden bases, ores through walls, or server easter eggs.

Examples of Allowed Mods: Full Bright, Optifine, Sodium, GraphWaypoints, Xaero's Minimap (fair play settings, turn off entity radar, and cave maps), Xaero's Worldmap (fair play settings, turn off entity radar, and cave maps), Replay Mod or Flashback (For recording videos) and Armor Status

Any mod that performs actions on your behalf or allows you to see entities behind walls is not allowed. This includes:

- Any mods that provide a combat advantage such as changing your movement speed, reach, or rotating for you.

- Mods that automatically place, use, or otherwise aide the usage of items, other than visually, are not allowed. Simple autoclickers that ONLY trigger left click or right click are allowed. This is the only exception to the rule. (Any macro more complex then this isn't allowed.)

- Inventory management mods or anything that moves items around for you.

Examples of Banned Mods: X-ray texture packs / modifications, ESP mods, Freecam, AutoTotem, Hacked clients, Minimaps or Worldmaps (If you want to use minimap or waypoints, use Xaero's minimap or worldmap, as this is the only map mod that isnt banned.)

Not all mods are going to be listed.

Any additional mods you install on a client must comply with our mod policy as well.
